Use and manage channels

Channels are self-contained, movable areas that provide access to various course pages. Channels appear on the course Today's View page.

Each channel presents a specific category and level of information. For example, the Late Submissions channel includes late submissions for your course.

1. Select Preferences icon on the Today's View page
2. Close the Basic Preferences dialog box when it appears.
3. Select Course Channels. To allow students to add, remove, move, and customize channels, select check boxes available in the section Channels available to Students.
