Person details
You can see a person's:
- Account details
- Active and expired subscriptions
- Active and inactive course enrollments
- Transaction history
Important: You can view but not change a person's details. For changes, contact dcps@pearson.com.
Account details
You can see these details associated with a person's account:
- First and last name
- School: The school associated with the account.
- Role: The role associated with the account, which might differ from the role associated with a subscription.
- Username
- Account create date: For MMND registrations, this is the date that the account was created even if the registration was not completed. For SMS standalone registrations, this is the date that the new account was created along with the person's first successfully created registration.
- Account modified date: The date when the account was last changed through the account profile (such as changes to the email address or security question) or when the person last registered for a product.
Send account information
If a person forgets the username or password, you can send the account information to the person's email address. The forgot login email contains the username and password for only that account and not for any other accounts the person created.
Click or tap Send account information to email address. A confirmation message appears that refers to the information sent to the user, not your own information.
Warning: To avoid security concerns, make sure the person knows that they'll get an email with the username and password. Also, don't send account information associated with third-party LMS integrations, such as Blackboard. Users of these integrations might get confused and change their passwords, which could lead to difficulty signing in.
Active and expired subscriptions
You can see the person's subscriptions to modules (pieces of content) associated with a registration for a product through a transaction. A product can have one or more modules.
The subscriptions to modules are grouped by site and sorted alphabetically by module name.
Tip: If the person created an account from MMND registration but didn't complete the registration (for example, if the person closed the browser after successfully creating an account), the account role general user appears for that subscription. This is from the default portal subscription.
Active and inactive course enrollments
Students who register through MMND enroll in a course. A course enrollment can have these statuses:
- Active: The student has successfully enrolled and can access the course materials. Active course enrollments are sorted by the course with the soonest end date to the course with the latest end date.
- Pending: The student can only access the course materials after processing of the enrollment finishes. Pending course enrollments appear under Active Course Enrollments and are indicated by:
- Inactive: The student cannot access the course materials. Inactive course enrollments are sorted by the most recent end date to oldest end date.
Transaction history
A person's transaction history shows all the transactions (orders) associated with an account. Transaction details include the name and identifier of the product for which the person registered, order ID, transaction date, and payment method:
- access code
- credit card or PayPal (US only)
- credit Card (non-US)
- temporary access and expiration date, if the person hasn't paid for full access
- open registration
- no payment required
Transactions that haven't completed processing are indicated by:
