Register Anonymously

If you're concerned about providing your personal contact information to Pearson, you can create an anonymous Pearson account using a pseudonym (fake name).

Note: If you have an existing Pearson account with your real name and now want to use a pseudonym, create a new account with a new username and password. Don't use your current username that is associated with your real name.

To register anonymously:

1. Read the Pearson License and Privacy Agreement.
2. In a separate browser window or tab, set up an email address for your pseudonym for communication with your instructor and Pearson.
3. On the Create an Account page, enter the pseudonym email address and name.
4. Click I accept the license agreement.
5. Notify your instructor in writing. Include your real name and your pseudonym name and email.

   Important: You must provide your pseudonym information to your instructor to get credit for your assignments and tests.

Remember to use your pseudonym when you contact Pearson!
