Spam blockers may block emailed quiz results
As the problem of email spam has grown, many network administrators and Internet Service Providers have installed spam-blocking programs that filter out email that could be spam. These spam blockers sometimes treat the email messages used to send quiz results as spam. As a result, the instructor does not receive the email, which is blocked or routed into a Junk Mail folder.
If you are not receiving emailed quiz results, contact your school's network administrator (if you have a school email account) or your Internet Service Provider and describe the problem. Advise them that the emails are sent from the pearsoncmg.com server. Their email program may also have a setting to allow emails from certain addresses or domains.
