Missing answers on your results page

Wait until the activity page fully loads before filling in any answers. Your results page may not display some of your answers if you filled them in before the activity page fully loaded. Make sure all the questions in the activity display fully on the page before you begin. The top of the activity page may tell you how many questions there are. If the vertical scroll bar to the right of the screen is changing size, the activity page is still loading.

Proprietary browsers

If you are using a proprietary browser such as AOL or CompuServe, you may use that browser to connect to the Internet. To view the website's content, however, you must use one of the browsers described in Site requirements.

Browsers and plug-ins

If you are experiencing other browser problems or problems with content that requires a player or plug-in, use Browser Tuneup to examine your current browser and plug-ins and, if necessary, download and install a new browser and/or plug-ins.

Firefox browser

If you are using the Firefox browser, note the following:

Email spam blockers

If you are a student whose emailed quiz results are not reaching their intended recipients or an instructor who is not receiving the email messages with your students' quiz results or gradebook download notifications, see Spam blockers may block emailed quiz results.
