If available in your anatomy & physiology course, you can create a Practice Anatomy Lab™ (PAL) assignment—a virtual anatomy study tool with interactive models and questions.
If PAL assignments are available in your course, select Create PAL assignment from the Create or Create Assignment menu.
On step 1, the Start tab, enter a name for the assignment and select Next.
On step 2, the Set up PAL assignment tab, select content for each category:

Select Next after you select content for each category.
Select Complete when you finish selecting content.
Optionally, select Preview Assignment to preview or Edit Content to make changes.
Select Schedule to choose assignment settings.
On step 3, the Choose Settings tab, customize the settings for your assignment.
Availability options:
Set the date and optionally the time when the assignment displays to students and when it is due. After the due date, students can only review homework.
Optionally select Change to choose your time zone or Daylight Savings Time setting.
For Chapter association, optionally change the chapter associated with the assignment.
Scoring options:
The score for Self-Quiz items (Lab Practical, Quiz, and Flashcards: Quiz) in the assignment shows as a percentage and is calculated as the number correct divided by the number assigned.
Completed Self-Review items (Self-Review, 3D Models, and Flash Cards: Self Review) show as Complete or Incomplete and are worth one point each if completed.
The overall score is calculated as the total points received divided by the total points possible.
If you choose Late submissions > Allow students to work
and change score after due date, you can select:
Require password - enter the password students must supply to work after the due date.
Access controls:
For Prerequisites, select Change to add or modify prerequisites the student must complete before doing the assignment. You can require one or more prerequisites or specify alternate prerequisites. Optionally enter a minimum score for the prerequisite. See Use prerequisites.
After applying your settings, select Save or Save & Assign to make the assignment available in your course.
