About tests on mobile devices

Students can use the player on a tablet, PC, or laptop. Using the player on a mobile phone may not provide the best experience.

When working on tablets:

• Students attempting to take a test in the Pearson LockDown Browser see a message telling them to work on a laptop or PC.
• Some capabilities are unavailable to students using the JAWS screen reader.
• You must use a PC or laptop to create or edit questions in the Custom Question Builder.
