Clear the Study Plan
You can clear a student's previous results on Study Plan questions and practice tests. By default, these results are transferred automatically when the student changes to a new program that uses the same testbank.
Go to the main page of the Gradebook and select More Tools > Clear Study Plan.
Clear all imported results automatically
To remove all previous Study Plan results when a student transfers to your program:
- In the Automatic Clear section, select Edit.
- Check Automatically delete all previous Study Plan results when students enroll.
- Select Update to clear the results and select Cancel/Done to return to the Clear Study Plan page.
Clear individual results manually
The Manual Clear section displays: student names as they appear in the roster, the log-in name the student specified during registration, the date when the student enrolled in your program, and the date you last cleared the student’s Study Plan results.
- Either:
- Select Date enrolled in course to clear all Study Plan results when the student transfers to your program.
- Enter a date to clear all results prior to that date.
- Select the individual students whose results should be cleared.
- Select Update to clear results and select Cancel/Done to return to the Clear Study Plan page.
