Report performance and grades

The gradebook offers links to different views of student results and lets you recommend course enrollment, manage scores, generate reports, and organize your student list.
- Manage Incompletes — Submit a score of zero for uncompleted tests.
- Change Weights — Choose whether calculations of overall scores are based on weighted gradebook categories or on individual tests.
- Export Data — Export grade information to a CSV file that can be read by a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft® Excel.
- More Tools — Additional gradebook options:
- Add/Edit Student IDs — Enter, upload, or edit student IDs to the class roster.
- Clear Study Plan — Clear student Study Plan and sample test results.
- Delete Results — Delete all students' results for one or more tests.
- Drop Lowest Scores — Omit one or more lowest scores on tests for your entire class.
- Edit Roster — Change a student's status in the program, add or edit student IDs, or view or edit custom access settings for section instructors
- Enable Access — Allow students to resume work on a restricted test when the test-taking session is interrupted.
- Import Previous Results — Transfer a student's results from one program to another.
- Manage Course Recommendations — Define the tests and test scores required to determine student readiness for courses.
- Omit Assignment Results — Omit all students' results for one or more tests or include results you omitted earlier.
- Search/Email by Criteria — Send email to all students in your class or use performance criteria to search for and email selected students.
- Show/Hide Assignments — Hide selected tests or show tests that you hid earlier.
- Student Tags - Tag students to group them.
- Set Scoring Options — Choose how scores and averages are calculated and displayed.

The gradebook Views area of the page lets you choose how to view your students' results:
- Scores and Item Analysis for All Students — Student results on both assigned tests and sample tests.
If your program has more than 2000 students, results for all students cannot be displayed on the All Assignments.
- Readiness — How your students performed on adaptive math tests. You can recommend course enrollments from this page.
- Study Plan — Students' progress in their Study Plans.
- Alerts — Students who have not submitted any work in the past ten days and work that needs grading.
- Select Class Performance to open a bar chart showing your students' overall scores in your program.
Select a bar in the chart to get a list of all the students in that grade range and email them or export their information to a CSV file.

The Class Roster lists all the students enrolled in your program. Inactive students (for example, section instructors) show at the bottom of the list in gray type.
Select a student name to view their Results page.
Enter a name in the Search box above the student list to find an individual student.
To see the overall score and last log in time for students, select Additional Details as the Roster view.
If you include student IDs in your gradebook, you can list students by their student IDs. See Add student IDs to the class roster for details.
