Generate quick gradebook exports
Updated 20 May 2024
You can generate reports on tests or student averages. These reports are exported immediately from the gradebook to a CSV file that can be read by a spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft® Excel.
You cannot create quick exports for programs with more than 2000 students.
- From the main page of the Gradebook, choose Export Data from the toolbar.
- On the Quick tab of the Export Data page, optionally choose a delimiter for your CSV file if you use a non-English spreadsheet application.
- If you are in a coordinator program, select the member programs to include in your report.
- From the Data Set menu, you can choose:
- Quiz Me — exports data on Quiz Me quizzes generated by students' Study Plans.
- Tests — exports data on tests.
- Study Plan — exports data on how students performed in their Study Plan work.
- Overview of student averages — exports each student's average in each gradebook category.
- Student Readiness — exports data on how students performed on adaptive math tests, including their readiness scores for each course covered by the test, and shows what course was recommended for enrollment for each student.
- Item Analysis — exports data on how your class performed on each question in a selected test. (Quiz Me quizzes generated by students' Study Plans are not included in these reports.)
- After the page refreshes, choose the information you want to include in your report.
- Select Export Data to download a spreadsheet file with the exported data.
