View results for all students
The View Results By list on the main Gradebook page offers access to student results.
View results for all tests
Select Scores and Item Analysis for All Students.
From the Tests view, you can:
- Use the All Chapters list to see results for an individual chapter in the testbank.
- Choose whether to view assigned tests or practice tests.
- Clear the Show class metrics check box to hide assignment weights, class average and median scores, and number of results.
- Select Assignment Weight or a test's weighted point value to change how students' overall score is calculated by changing the number of points a test is worth or by omitting the results of a test.
- Select to view an item analysis of a test's results. (Item analysis is not available for adaptive tests or tests with pooled questions.)
- Select to adjust multiple students' scores for the test.
- Select a student's name to go to their Results page.
- Select Recommend Course or the name of the course if the student was already placed to add or change their placement.
- Select a student's test score to go to the student's Results and Item Analysis page to see an item analysis for the test.
- Select ! to score questions that require manual grading.
View adaptive test results
Select Readiness.
From the Readiness view, you can:
- Choose to see results for All Adaptive Tests or choose to view Specific Adaptive Tests.
- Select the name of a student to go to their Results page.
- For each course associated with an adaptive test, view the students' scores for prerequisite knowledge.
A green arrow indicates that the student is ready for the course; a red arrow means that the student is not ready. Move your mouse over an arrow icon to see the student's score on the prerequisites for the course.
If the student made more than one attempt at the adaptive test, the score shown on the slider is the student's most recent score unless you chose Best score on the Set Scoring Options page.
- Select Recommend Course to place each student in the appropriate course. If a student has already been placed, select the name of the course to change the placement.
View Study Plan results
- Select Study Plan.
In the Study Plan view, you see the work that each student has done on the practice questions and Quiz Me quizzes.
- Select a student's name to view the student's Study Plan work and Study Plan recommendations. You also can email the student from this page.
