Analyze results by question
Use Item Analysis to see how your class performed on each question in a test and export the data.

- In your gradebook, select Assignments > Tests or Scores and Item Analysis for All Students under View Results By.
- In the Class Average row of the table, select the
IA icon for a test.
Item analysis is not available for tests with pooled questions.
- Select the tab to see the Best Score, Most Recent Score, or All Attempts for each question.
- Optionally select a question ID to view the question in the player.
- Optionally select the check box under Score as Correct to give all students credit for a question.
- Select Export Data to save the results in a CSV file.
- Choose a delimiter if needed.
- Optionally use the arrows on either side of the assignment name to go to the next or previous assignment.
Zero scores submitted by an instructor are not shown in the item analysis.

When you are viewing results for an adaptive math test, you see:
- The Minimum Readiness Proficiency - the minimum score the student needs to qualify as ready for a course.
- For each attempt, the score the student received for each course covered in that test, plus sliders that show the proficiency setting. For each course associated with the test, an arrow icon shows the student's readiness. A green arrow icon
indicates that the student is ready for the course; a red arrow icon
means that the student is not ready.
