| Set column layout for an item |
- Click Column Layout from the top toolbar.
- Choose either One Column (Always display in one column.) or Two Column (Display item in a two-column layout when screen width allows.
- Click OK.

| Add or edit follow-up text for a correct answer |
- In a part, click the add follow-up text link.
- Enter your follow-up text using options available from the editing toolbar and menus.
Tip: You can also copy and paste follow-up text from another part or item open in the Edit Item window of the Simple Editor.
To delete follow-up text: Click the remove follow-up link.

- When you click in most text boxes, the editing toolbar and menus become available to you.
- Some of these editing options are also available from the editing pop-up menu, which you can open either with a right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) when the cursor is in a text box.
- You can format text in the following item elements: Item title, Introduction, Part, Hint, Transition, Wrong-Answer Feedback, and Follow-Up text.
- You can also copy and paste text, links, or tables between text boxes in another part or item open in an Edit Item window of the Simple Editor.
