Moderate student submissions and comments

1. Click the Assignments tab.
2. Click the assignment's title or the View button to open it.
3. Approve comments on the assignment that you want published, if applicable.
   1. Select a comment's Approve check box.
   2. Click the Approve button to publish any approved comments.
4. Scroll down to the Submissions section of the page.

   Tip: If you already know that you want to publish a submission, click its publish link. Then skip the rest of this procedure.

   

5. Click the title or file name of a student's submission.
6. Play or open the submission to review it.
7. Click the Publish button to post that student's submission.

To pull a published submission, repeat steps 1 through 4 and click the submission's unpublish link.

1. Click the Assignments tab.
2. Click the assignment's title or the View button to open it.

   If you allowed students to enter comments on the assignment, MediaShare displays the Comments about this assignment section.

3. Approve comments on the assignment that you want published, if applicable.
   1. Select a comment's Approve check box.
   2. Click the Approve button to post any approved comments.
4. Scroll down to the Submissions section of the page.
5. Click the title or file name of a student's submission to view any comments and peer reviews entered for that student.
6. Approve any comments that you want published.
   1. Select an Approve check box to allow a student's comment to be published.
   2. Click the Approve button to publish any approved comments.
7. Click the Peer Reviews tab, if applicable, to view other students' reviews.
8. Click a student's Publish button to allow that student's reviews to be published.

You cannot retract a posted comment, but you can retract posted peer-review comments. Display the peer reviews, then click the unpublish button for the reviews you no longer want posted.
