Drop or activate previously dropped students from My courses

After students accept your course invitation, their names and enrollment status appear on the Manage course > Roster page.

As the course gets underway, you may want to review students' status to make sure those who started with temporary access have upgraded, and those who have left the course appear with a dropped or expired status.

This information also appears on Settings > Course roster, if it's easier for you to check from there.

Drop or activate one student

  1. Go to My courses, select the options menu of the course where you want to drop or activate a student, then select Roster.

  2. In the roster, select a student you want to drop or activate.

  3. Select Drop or, if you previously dropped the student, Activate.

Drop or activate several students

  1. From Manage course > Roster, select several students, or select the Name box to select all students.

  2. Select the Drop button to remove selected students, or Activate to reinstate previously dropped students.
