Managing Links
You can add links to the slides you create. The links added can be to images, audio, video, and animation stored on other web sites, such as YouTube or Flickr. All the items you link to open in separate browser windows. Once you add a link to a slide, it can be moved, copied, and deleted like any other text in a slide.
You can also create links to Word files or PDF files available on your institution's web site or to a file or document you created for your class and would like to include in a presentation. To create such a link, you need to first upload your document to some location on your institution's web server. Consult your IT department to learn how make your document available on the web.
Once uploaded, you can link to it using the following procedures. Be sure to click the Terms of Use link at the bottom of the screen before you create a link so that you understand Pearson's Terms of Use.
