Organize content in an assignment

After you create an assignment and select content, you can organize the content to discourage answer-sharing; to add messages; to control item sequence; and to adjust point values, assignment difficulty, and estimated time to complete.

A portion of the Create/Edit Assignment page shows five numbered horizontal tabs with the labels: 1 Start, 2 Select Content, 3 Organize Content, 4 Specify Outcomes, 5 Preview and Assign Dates

To organize content in an assignment:

  1. With the assignment open, click three Organize Content, if you aren't already on that page.
  2. Make changes and select options, as described in the sections below.
  3. Click Save or click another numbered page one to five to save your changes.
