Manage diet

The Diet page lets you add food and personalize your diet tracker for each profile you create.

Make sure you use the correct profile. On the Profiles page, select the avatar image to choose a profile card. The selected profile shows at the top of the Diet page.

1. Find or create food & add to diet tracker

Use the Find or create food & add to diet tracker pane to search for foods and add them to the diet tracker. After you select a food, you can find it again quickly using Quick select. You can also create new foods and recipes.

2. Add days & personalize diet tracker

Use the Add days & personalize diet tracker pane to add more days to the diet tracker. You can also add food to the days you are tracking.

It’s best practice to list all the food for every day you track. Incomplete days affect your report data. Select only the desired days that you want to track when generating reports.
