Track activity
The Activity page lets you track activity for up to seven days for each profile you create.
Make sure you use the correct profile. On the Profiles page, select the avatar image to choose a profile card. The selected profile shows at the top of the Activity page.
1. Find activities & add to the activity tracker
In the Find activities & add to activity tracker pane you can search for activities and add them to the activity tracker. After you select an activity, you can find it again quickly using Quick select.
- Select the Search tab to search the activity database.
- Enter a search term and select
. It’s best practice to use specific keywords. - In the list, select activities to add.
- Select Add to activity tracker.

- Select the Quick select tab to search activities you added using Search.
- In the list, select activities to add.
- Select Add to activity tracker.

2. Add days & personalize the activity tracker
In the Add days & personalize activity tracker pane you can add more days to the activity tracker. You can also add activities to days you are tracking.
It’s best practice to list all the activities for every day you track. Incomplete days affect your report data. Select only the desired days that you want to track when generating reports.
- Select
to add a day tab. - Optionally, continue to select
to add up to a total of seven days. - Select
to edit day tab names.
- Select the activities to add to days.
- In the Add activities to other days list, select the days.
- Select Add to days.
- For each day, enter the amount of time the activity was performed.
The activity is automatically added to Day 1 the first time you select it.
- Select a day tab.
- Select the activities to delete.
- Select Delete to remove activities from the day.
