Work Through an Activity Exercise

In a study skill topic's Activity exercise, the MyLab poses a question and you enter a short answer. The MyLab then gives you comments on the question.

To work through activity exercises:

1. Display the study-skills exercise.

2. Click the Activity link or its Begin button.

   You can stop midway through a set or between sets. When you come back to the topic, click the activity's Resume button to pick up where you left off.

   As you answer the question, note the following:

   • To review the video or the text available in the Review Material section, choose an option from the Need a refresher? drop-down list at the bottom of the page.
   • Click the Save button to save your draft as you work.
3. Click the Submit button to signify that you have completed your answer.

   The MyLab gives you feedback on the question.

4. Click the Next Question button to continue.
5. After the last question, click the Show Results button to display the questions, your answers, and the feedback.
6. Click the Return to Topic button to continue working on the other activities.
