Work Through an Interactive Activity

A study skill topic's Interactive Activity exercise provides an opportunity to practice the lessons you learned in the Review Materials section. An Interactive Activity's audio-visual exercise sets up a situation and then gives you feedback as you work through the activity. Each activity is unique, so make sure to read and follow the instructions in each exercise.

To work through interactive activity exercises:

  1. Display the study-skills exercise.
  2. Click the Interactive Activity link or its Begin button.
  3. Read and follow the instructions.
  4. (Optional) Choose an option from the Need a refresher? drop-down list at the bottom of the page to access a Review Material.
  5. Click the Return to Topic button if you want to stop working in this exercise.

You can stop midway through a set or between sets. When you come back to the topic, click the activity's Resume button to pick up where you left off.
