Work Through a Self-Assessment Activity

A study skill topic's self-assessment activity consists of a series of questions to help you think about your behavior in different situations.

To work through self-assessment activities:

  1. Display the study-skill activity.
  2. Click the Self-Assessment link or its Begin button.

    You can stop midway through a set or between sets. When you come back to the topic page, click the activity's Resume button to pick up where you left off.

  3. Click a dot on the continuum that evaluates how the statement applies to you.
  4. Click the Submit button to move to the next statement.

    When you finish answering the questions, the MyLab provides feedback to help you improve your study skills.

  5. Click the Return to Topic button to continue working on the other activities.
