Work on Your Own: Select Your Course
You use this screen to find your course. You use this screen when you will be working on your
own rather than in an instructor's course.
To find the course:
The courses available to you depend on the version you selected during registration (generic, text, or eText).
- Do one of the following:
- Click the Show All button.
The MyLab displays a list of all courses available to you.
Place the mouse pointer over a magnifying glass
icon to display a pop-up showing the text's cover, title, edition, author, and ISBN.
- Select the course you want and click the Continue button.
- Go to step 2.
- Select an option from the Search drop-down list, enter the search text, and click the Search button. For example, to search for a text written by Eskridge, select Author from the drop-down list, type Eskridge (or the author's full name) in the text box, and click the Search button.
- Select the text and click the Continue button.
- Go to step 2.
The MyLab displays the Congratulations screen, which shows the course you selected.
- Check that the course information is correct. If you need to make a change, click the here link to backtrack and select another course.
- Click the Click Here to Start Working button to enter the course.
See Get Started to see whether you are on the course's Home page or need to take a diagnostic test.
