Working with the Event History

You can view details of order or license events or cancel a license.

To view order event details:

1. Click the History tab on the Manage License page.
2. Under Events, select the event you want. Details, including the event status, associated organization and product, and line item IDs appear. For field descriptions, see Placing Orders.

3. To cancel the license, see Canceling Licenses.
