What is registration?
When you register, you get access to Pearson websites and online products. For some online products, you must register using a pre-paid access code. For other products, you can buy access online using PayPal (US only) or a credit card.
After an online purchase you can obtain a refund by contacting Pearson Customer Service.
The following refund policy does not apply to access code purchases. Please refer to the refund policy of the store from where you purchased your access code.
You qualify for a credit card or PayPal refund within 15 days if you:
- Drop a course after buying course access online
- Find a valid access code in your textbook after buying access online
- Decide after buying access online that the website is not valuable to you
How do I register and create my user account?
- Follow the steps to register.
- You must fill in the required fields that are marked with a red asterisk:
- You might need a course ID to register. The course ID is provided by your instructor.
- If you have registered for another Pearson course in the past, select Yes under Do you have a Pearson Education account. Next, enter your login name and password. The new Pearson course is added to your account. You only have one login name and password to remember!
If you cannot complete the process in one session, select Cancel and return later. Your access code is valid until you complete the process successfully. If you are purchasing access online, your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged until you complete the registration.
