Import images

Using the Figure Editor, you can import existing images to add to your question.

You can import files in any of the following formats: GIF, JPG, PNG, and BMP.

To import an image:

1. Select Edit > Insert Picture from the Figure Editor menu.
2. Using the browser file navigator, locate the file you want and click Open.

Inserted images show in the lower-left of the drawing area, but you can select the image and use your mouse to move it to another position.

Select the image and drag one of the blue handles to resize the image manually.

When the image is selected in the drawing area, you also can edit its position and size using the Figure Objects tab in the Objects and Settings area.
