Send content questions to Pearson

Send comments, questions, or suggestions about question content to Pearson.

When you have a query about student work, the question version, an incorrect answer key, student-entered values, or other relevant details, send the issue to Pearson.

To send content questions:

1. Open the question in the player:
   • Preview a question while creating or editing an assignment.
   • Review student work in the gradebook.
   • Review a student question sent via Ask My Instructor.
2. Select Ask the Publisher.
3. Choose the type of issue to report.
4. Enter a detailed description of your issue.
5. Optionally attach a file, such as a screen shot.
6. Select Send.

If you do not get a confirmation email from mylabs_suggestionbox@mailmw.custhelp.com, check your spam filters.
