Tag tests

In MyMathTest, you can tag tests to group them and assign tagged tests to specific students.

Your tags appear in test lists, but students do not see tags.

  1. In the Test Manager, select More Tools > Assignment Tags.
  2. On the Assignment Tags page, select Add Tag and enter the tag name.

Tag names must be unique. You cannot create a tag in a coordinator program when it is used in a member section and vice versa.

After you create tags, you can apply them to one or more tests.

To apply tags manually, select Add in the list of tags and choose the tests.

To apply multiple tags to multiple tests:

  1. Select Upload Applied Tags above the list of tests.
  2. Download the template and apply tags to tests.
  3. Save the spreadsheet in CSV format and upload the file.

In the list of tags:

  • Select the pencil icon to edit a tag name and apply the new name to all its tagged tests.
  • Select the tests to add or remove tests with this tag.
  • Select the trashcan icon to delete the tag and remove it from all tests.

In the list of tests, select Change to add or remove tags for a test.

Changes made to tags and test tagging in a coordinator program are inherited by the member sections.
