Run browser check

When you first enter your course, run the Browser Check to make sure you have everything you need to work in your course. If not, the Browser Check helps you install any missing components.

You must have administrator rights to your computer to install components. If you are in a computer lab, see your lab admin.

1. Select Browser Check from the announcements on your Course Home.

   Components you need to install are shown in red.

2. Select Install Now to install the component.

   Select Check Version to check whether you need to update the component.

   Select Details to view information on a component.

If you use JAWS, do not install the Pearson LockDown Browser, which is not compatible with screenreaders.
