Access GCS

The GRID Content Services (GCS) works best when you use the Chrome browser.

To access GCS:

1. Go to https://mediaconsole.pearsoncmg.com/gcs/auth/
2. Log in with your Media Server credentials. (These are also called your Content Propagation Utility - CPU or PW-Push credentials.)

   

   Go to How to Request Access and Support for the Media Server in Neo if you need Media Server credentials.

   The Media Server displays the Content Publication and Delivery page.

When you first open the Content Publication and Delivery page, it displays two tabs:

• Upload New Files: Use this tab to upload new files. See Upload files for more information.
• Media Library: Use this tab to search for files, see the status/details of your files, and edit individual records.

Selecting the Help icon in the page's title bar displays the GCS Help system.
