Open and print your CRI report
You can initially open your Conley Readiness Index (CRI) report as soon as you finish the survey. If you want to open the report at another time, use the following procedure.
You can also print the report. If the printout doesn't include some of the colors and horizontal bars, see Colors and bars not printing.
The Conley Readiness Index is not available in all MyLab courses.

- Use one of the following methods to access the report.
From your Student Success Learning Path
CRI opens a new window.
- Select the My CRI Report button.
- Review the report.

- Open the report as described above.
- Display the page of the report that you want to print.
The report prints single pages only. To print the entire report you need to display and print each page. For information on displaying the report pages, see Review your CRI report.
- Do one of the following:
- Right-click the report and select Print.
- Click anywhere in the report's window and press Ctrl+P to launch the printing.
Colors and bars not printing?
Depending on your browser's settings, your report's bar graphs and background colors may not print. The process to change this setting is basically the same across browsers, but here are some examples of what to do.
Chrome and Safari:
- Launch the printing.
- Scroll down to Options in the Print panel.
- Select Background colors and images.
- Select Print to save your change and print the report.
Firefox:
- Select Open menu
and then select Print
.
- Select Page Setup.
- Select Print Background under Options.
- Select OK.
