Do a Path Builder

A Path Builder tests what you already know and what you need to learn. Before you begin working in your course, you do a Path Builder for each subject you're studying.

1. On your Course Home, select the Learning Path tab.
2. From your Learning Path, select Path Builder, Pre-Assessment (for Student Success) or Lexile Locator (for reading).
3. On the "Are you ready to start?" page, select Start Test.
4. Answer the questions.
5. When you finish, select Submit Test.

After you do a Path Builder, you get a personal Learning Path so you can work only on what you need to learn.
