Troubleshooting
Run into trouble? Here are some potential solutions.
Open the Pearson Home page again and select Authorize when prompted.
Pair the copied LMS course with the same MyLab and Mastering course paired with the original LMS course. Don't change the original assignment settings.
Mastering platform update: Transitioning your course to Access Pearson (LTI 1.3) and pairing it with a copy of a new edition? Most assignment and course tool links automatically migrate to LTI 1.3. To ensure this works when pairing a new edition of a Mastering platform update course, copy your previous paired course. Go to Diagnostics for your previous course and note the course ID. When you pair the new LMS course, enter the course ID you noted under Copy an existing course. (Links to eText sections, Scheduled Reading, and Adaptive Followups in a new edition aren't included in the course copy or the link migration. You'll need to manually add these links to your LMS course.)
You need to use MyLab and Mastering from a laptop.
These might not be supported in your LMS course.
