Edit assignment settings

When you select the Homework, Quiz, or Test category for an assignment on the Settings page, the assignment inherits the grading and presentation settings for the chosen category.

You can change these settings for an individual assignment, like to make it a timed assignment. You can also make setting changes for the category, which will apply to future assignments of that category.
