Dynamic Study Module assignment category

• Total Points — Students receive 10 points of credit when they complete an assigned module before its due date.
• Penalize Late Submissions — Students only gain credit for questions they master before the assignment due date/time. (You cannot edit this setting.)

• Edit credit settings for Dynamic Study Modules — You can edit the points and whether the points are for practice (0 points), credit, or extra credit. You can make these changes for the category or for an individual assignment.
• Adjust settings for students — For a Dynamic Study Module assignment, you can exempt, adjust the points, and extend the due date/time for one or more students.
• Apply weighting in the Gradebook for Dynamic Study Module assignments.

  For example, you can set all Dynamic Study Module assignments to be worth 20% of the grade, all Homework assignments to account for 20%, all Quiz scores to account for 25%, and all Tests to be worth 35%.

What you cannot edit for Dynamic Study Modules

• Students can always access Dynamic Study Modules throughout the course.
• For assigned Dynamic Study Modules, students only gain credit for questions they master before the assignment due date/time.

If you're using a textbook that provides Dynamic Study Modules, this category is added to your course when you assign the first module.

• You can't delete or rename the Dynamic Study Module category.
• You can't add a category named "Dynamic Study Module". It can only be added automatically, as described above.
