A writing topic's Apply exercises test your ability to identify concepts. The MyLab grades your Apply answers and posts the grades in the Gradebook reports. Generally, you work through the Apply exercises after completing the Recall exercises.
Apply exercises have two formats: one for writing exercises and one for grammar exercises.
