Create and edit questions

The preferred method of adding questions to your course and editing them is to do so while creating an activity. (MyLab Languages only)

When you can create or edit questions, they are saved in the Question Bank. You access the Question Bank when you are creating or editing an activity and you click to add questions to the activity or to edit existing questions. In most courses, you can access the Question Bank directly from the Course Materials > Manage Question Bank or the Course Materials > Additional Instructor Views > Manage Question Bank page.

You create and edit questions in the Question Bank. Although the exact steps you follow differ depending on the question type, the basic procedure is the same:

1. Select a question type.
2. Enter the question and answer details.
3. Add question hints.
4. Set question preferences.
5. Save the question.
