Use Blackboard for your course

Blackboard is an online learning environment manages your online courses. The content of your Pearson course (for example, MyMathLab, MyEconLab, or MyFinanceLab) is integrated into Blackboard.

Most of the time, the separation between Blackboard and your online course isn't important and you won't notice it. Occasionally, however, knowing the difference can be helpful:

• Your online course contains the tools that let you work in your Study Plan, see your course results, and do your homework, tests, and quizzes.
• Blackboard contains the tools that let you access your course and manage your account information. The Toolbar may also give you access to common tools, such as Mail and Discussions.

When you are working in your course, the question-mark icon in the main window takes you to the online help for your course.
